There are a few different types of sleep disorders that affect sleep differently. For example, types of insomnia include having trouble falling asleep, having trouble staying asleep, or waking up before the desired time and not being able to go back to sleep. When considering marijuana use, an adverse effect that is often reported is fatigue. For those struggling to sleep, using marijuana to induce fatigue can be very beneficial.
