Paranoia is one of the most common adverse reactions to marijuana anxiety. Paranoia appears to be a more familiar feeling with larger doses of marijuana. Like anxiety, because marijuana affects all users differently and many factors come into play with marijuana use, consistent data are challenging to achieve.
