Admittedly, as time progresses, additional states are legalizing recreational marijuana. As more states continue this trend, safety policies must be developed. It is projected that safety policies will initially be developed on a state-by-state basis, and then national policies will follow. Additionally, beyond governmental levels, organizations and corporations must establish applicable policies according to their needs. This section will encompass both policy development on a governmental level as well as private business initiatives.
